I- Admission conditions
To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on the campsite, it is necessary to have been authorized by the manager or his representative who has to ensure the good behaviour and the good order of the campsite as well as the respect of the application of these internal regulations. Staying on the campsite called:

implies the outright acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them.

II- Police formalities
Anyone who has to stay at least one night on the campsite must first go to reception with their identification documents and complete the formalities required by the fraud department.

III- Installation
Tent or extra tent on the pitches of rental or residential structures are prohibited. Cars must park in the location indicated.

IV- Reception desk

V - Royalties
Royalties are paid at the reception desk. They are due according to the number of nights. A reservation slip is drawn up for passing customers or for reservations during the year. Any balance after approval by the parties is to be paid on arrival. Early departures are not reimbursed. The reservation conditions shown on each slip apply.

VI - Noise and silence
The users of the campsite have an obligation to avoid any discussion or noise that could disturb their neighbours.


VII- Visitors are required to report to the campsite reception desk
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors are admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the residents who receive them. They are not allowed to enter the pool area or use the showers. Visitors' vehicles are prohibited in the campsite, and must be parked in the “visitors” car park.


VIII- Movement and parking of vehicles
Only vehicles belonging to residents staying there may circulate in the campsite. The parking of vehicles is authorized, only on the site (s) allocated by the manager to the residents, on the day of their arrival. Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed of 10 km / hour max. For safety reasons and in order to avoid any accident, the circulation of "bicycles" is prohibited from 9 p.m. unless you leave for a walk outside.

IX - Keeping and respecting the installations
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. It is strictly forbidden to deposit household waste in bulk and without packaging. Common areas and sanitary facilities must be respected and kept in a perfect state of cleanliness. Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by their parents to the sanitary facilities, the swimming pool and the playground. The latter two are subject to annual verification by an approved organization and daily maintenance. It is obligatory to respect the instructions and regulations posted on the campsite, as it is obligatory to respect others. No aggressive behaviour will be tolerated for any reason. Any degradation committed will be the responsibility of its author or those responsible. The location rented for a stay must be kept in a perfect state of cleanliness.


X- Security

X1: Fire
Only electric and gas barbecues are authorized. They must be kept in perfect working order. Fire extinguishers and RIA can be used if necessary. Cigarette butts must be extinguished with the greatest care and placed in the pots provided for this purpose.

X2: Theft
The management is responsible for items left at the office and for general surveillance of the campsite. The resident retains responsibility for his own installation, his personal belongings and the equipment transferred in a slip or rental contract. The users of the campsite are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment. Anyone caught taking equipment that does not belong to them without authorization will be excluded from the campsite without further formalities and their acts communicated to the gendarmerie services.

X3: Games
No violent or annoying games can be organized near the facilities. Children under the age of twelve should never be left without the supervision of their parents or a responsible person designated by the family or the group to which they belong. For safety reasons, the grouping of adults or teenagers is tolerated on the lit parts of the campsite on the condition that they do not disturb the neighbourhood in any way and display correct behaviour.


XI-Infringement of the internal regulations
In the event that the tenant disrupts or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing give notice to the latter to cease the disturbances. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, he may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offense, the managers or their representative may call on the police.


XII- Special conditions
Any builted houses (wooden included) is prohibited. Annexes to the main installation must comply with the dimensions authorized by the state services. No terrace will be attached in any way to the accommodation structure. The pitches cannot be fenced. The surfaces must comply with the COS rule of the town planning services, so terrace and mobile home or chalets 30% of the rented site.
